It only took us a few minutes to fall in love with the pine forest that borders the Aiguilles Vertes golf course at Cassy and imagine building our house there.
The Bassin d'Arcachon and its surroundings are very appreciated by the nature lovers to which we belong, so the idea of sharing this living environment
with vacationers wishing to spend a special moment in
a protected natural environment, quickly made its way.
We offer you a 50m2 pied-à-terre in garden level, in our property, with independant entrance, the ideal starting point for the wonderful discoveries that you will not fail to make in our seaside resort and its surroundings.

The 50 m2 apartment at Villa Pignada offers modern comfort with quality materials and furniture (equipped kitchen, electric shutters, underfloor heating in winter, etc.). The living room opens onto a terrace with a remarkable view of the pine forest that we trust you will appreciate.
